The first 120 days (4 Months) serve as a strict evaluation and learning period. No stipend or financial compensation will be provided during this phase. Compensation is strictly triggered post-probation based on the performance scorecard and May 2026 funding closure.
All candidates must sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement. The source code, APIs, and business logic of Agrivaan are proprietary. Using company code for college assignments, personal portfolios, or leaking API keys is a criminal offense and will result in immediate termination and legal action.
Solanki BWM reserves the right to terminate the internship without a certificate under circumstances of: unexcused absence, failing the technical scorecard for two consecutive weeks, insubordination, or breaching corporate decorum at the iNest/Eklingpura workspace.
