📋 Internship Structure:
• 4-month probation period (unpaid training)
• Performance-based evaluation every month
• Conversion to paid internship after successful review
• Minimum 15-20 hours/week commitment
💼 Responsibilities:
• Complete assigned tasks before deadlines
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Maintain daily work logs
• Participate in code reviews

⚠️ Termination Policy:
• 3 unapproved absences = termination
• Plagiarism = immediate termination
• Violation of NDA = legal action
🔒 Confidential Information:
• All source code is company property
• No sharing of internal documents
• Trade secrets must be protected
📝 Restrictions:
• Cannot use company code for academic projects
• Cannot work for competitors during internship
• Must return all data after completion
⏱️ Validity:
• NDA valid for 2 years after internship
• Applies to all team communications
• Your data is stored securely in Firebase
• Information used only for internship selection
• Data not shared with third parties
• You can request data deletion anytime
• Application data retained for 1 year
